BALLOON CARE

🎈 Less Heat: Balloons are sensitive to heat, so avoid placing them near heat sources like sunlight, radiators, or heaters.

🎈 Store in a Cool, Dry Place: If you’re storing balloons before an event, keep them in a cool, dry area.

🎈 Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep balloons away from sharp objects like pins, or scissors.

BALLOON FEES POLICY

🎈Same day orders processes an $25 additional fee. Please call for availability.

BALLOON DELIVERY POLICY

🎈Deliveries will be honored by order priority, although we on time with our orders some issues can occur out of our control.

🎈Your delivery is secured with the most upmost care for a smooth delivery.

🎈Please ensure delivery address is accurate or an $10.00 redeliver fee will be billed prior to redelivering.

🎈If no one is available to retrieve the balloons, the balloons will be left in the safest place possible. Assuming no responsibility from Butterr Up Balloons LLC. 

🎈All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery or event date, or whichever date the owner on invoice or communications.

With a perfect outside party sometimes mother nature has her own controls. With our experience in the past we have encountered various situations. For all outside events, Butterr Up Balloons reserves the right to accept an outside event. There will be an contract binding exclusion of conditions of balloons in case of bad weather and other terms and conditions.

🎈Service charge ranging from 4% to 8% based on duration of set up.
